• Foul language and inappropriate actions by anyone while on an activity or on Pewsey Vale Livery property will result in those persons being asked to remove themselves immediately. No refund will be issued. Future bookings will be refused or removed without notice.

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they arrive in a timely fashion, anyone not at the meeting point on-time in a prepared fashion will be left behind and no refund will be issued.

  • Pewsey Vale Livery reserves the right to cancel any activities or events. This will only be done in severe cases and refunds will be issued to anyone who has already paid.

  • By booking onto events with slots available to external clients or events outside of Pewsey Vale Livery property, Livery customers accept both them and their horse will come into contact with external horses.

  • External Customers will be required to show evidence that their horse meets the following vaccination Criteria:-
    Tetanus – Annually
    Influenza – Within 6 Last Months
    Failure to provide this evidence prior to activity commencement will mean exclusion from the event and no refund will be issued.

  • Every customer booking onto an activity is responsible to ensure they are of a sufficient standard to complete the activity. If this is deemed not to be the case upon arrival no provision will be made for that customer, you may be asked to abstain from the event. No refund will be issued.   • Every customer is required to insure they have adequate insurance for the event and their horse.

  • All riders must wear protective headgear conforming to BSI standards at all times when mounted, including warming up. Back protectors are recommended. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the customers slot with no refund issued.

  • Correct footwear and clothing to be worn at all times. It is the customers responsibility to ensure this rule is met. Pewsey Vale Livery staff will be happy to give advice if required. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the customers slot with no refund issued.

  • The customer agrees to the storage of their data by Pewsey Vale Livery both on pewseyvalelivery.co.uk and in any office owned by Bryan Read Ltd, and that any member of staff employed by Bryan Read Ltd may use their information to contact them with adjustments to bookings or marketing material.   • Pewsey Vale Livery reserves the right to change event details and/or available slot numbers without prior warning or consent.

  • Any cancellations within 48hrs of activity commencement will be non-refundable.
